Bollywood beauty Disha Patani has disclosed that she was a “big mess” after her first heartbreak due to the strong feelings she held for love in her life.
The actress has been busy with promotions for her upcoming film, Malaang (2020) alongside Aditya Roy Kapur.
The romantic action-thriller also stars Anil Kapoor and Kumal Khemu in pivotal roles. It is helmed by the director, Mohit Suri.
In an interaction with Pinkvilla, Malang co-stars Disha and Aditya divulged details about their love lives.
Yet, it was Disha Patani who caught our attention with her first heartbreak and her perspective on the idea of love.
Disha is rumoured to be dating Bollywood actor, Tiger Shroff. The pair have been spotted together on various outings and do not shy away from the shutterbugs.
Despite this, the duo has not officially confirmed or denied whether they are in a relationship.
The actress revealed that she was devastated after her first heartbreak. She said:
“I was a big mess after my heartbreak. I’m a Gemini so we are never in between. We are either there or not there.
“But I guess the positive thing is once you are out, you’re out and there’s no turning back. There are no feelings that stay back.”
Disha continued to express her notions of love and how it is an extremely significant element in her life. She explained:
“It’s very important and also a driving force. Everything you do in life is either for love or because of love.
“How can you even live without love? I love those feelings of those butterflies on the first day. If I don’t feel it on the first day, I feel it’s not true.”
She went on to mention how she feels that she is truly a girl when she is in a relationship. Disha Patani said:
“The only time I feel like a girl is when I’m in a relationship. Rest of the time, I am in my basketball shorts, my gym clothes … this is the only time I feel like a girl.
“I’m looking for someone who makes me feel like a girl. The smallest things matter to me. I love a small letter. All that I really like.”
Disha recalled an instance where she made a romantic film of her relationship with someone she was previously with. She said:
“I remember I made a proper film with music and memories of me and someone I was with. I made it on Movie Maker with a Humraah kind of a song.”
There is no doubt Disha Patani is a romantic at heart. Her notions of love are endearing and inspiring to her millions of fans.
